Job Title: Human Resource Officer
Reports To: HR Manager / Project Manager
Work Locations: Kyaka, Muleba, Nzega, Igunga
Number of Positions: 2

Job Purpose:

To manage recruitment, employee relations, performance, and compliance with HR policies across
all project camps.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment and onboarding for project staff.
  • Maintain personnel records and ensure confidentiality.
  • Implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle staff grievances and conflict resolution.
  • Coordinate payroll and leave management.
  • Conduct staff performance evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and safety standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ HR experience, preferably in projects or NGOs.
  • Good knowledge of Tanzania labor laws.
