Job Title: Human Resource Officer
Reports To: HR Manager / Project Manager
Work Locations: Kyaka, Muleba, Nzega, Igunga
Number of Positions: 2
Job Purpose:
To manage recruitment, employee relations, performance, and compliance with HR policies across
all project camps.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment and onboarding for project staff.
- Maintain personnel records and ensure confidentiality.
- Implement HR policies and procedures.
- Handle staff grievances and conflict resolution.
- Coordinate payroll and leave management.
- Conduct staff performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and safety standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ HR experience, preferably in projects or NGOs.
- Good knowledge of Tanzania labor laws.
