Job Title: Professional Chef
Reports To: Camp Manager / Catering Supervisor
Work Locations: Kyaka, Muleba, Nzega, Igunga

Job Purpose:
To prepare high-quality meals for camp staff in accordance with health, safety, and hygiene
standards.
Key Duties and Accountabilities
- Plan menus based on nutritional requirements and budget.
- Prepare and cook meals for staff daily.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Ensure proper storage of food supplies.
- Monitor inventory and request stock replenishment.
- Adhere to food safety standards and avoid wastage.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Certificate/Diploma in Culinary Arts or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a chef in camps or hospitality settings.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Core Competencies:
- Creativity in menu planning.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
